    Eligibility

    To be eligible for a return, the product must be:

    • Returned within 7 Days from the date of delivery
    • In its original condition with all original packaging and accessories
    • Not damaged or tampered with in any way

    Return Procedure

    To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

    • Contact our customer service team at customerservice@solarusaxa.com or 1 264 582 3494 to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number
    • Package the product securely and include all original packaging and accessories
    • Ship the product back to us at Solarus axa, Shoal Bay, The Valley Anguilla, P.O Box #641

    Refund and Exchange Policy

    Once we receive the returned product, we will:

    • Refund the full purchase price of the product, minus any shipping costs
    • Offer an exchange for a different product or store credit, if applicable

    Exceptions

    The following products are not eligible for return:

    • Special orders or custom-made products
    • Products that have been damaged or tampered with in any way
    • Products that have exceeded their warranty period

    Warranty

    All products sold by Solarus come with a 3 months to 5 years limited warranty. During this period, we will repair or replace any defective products.
